Our organic hemp baby diaper cover is made of unbleached, undyed organic cotton fleece/hemp blend. Extra layer of organic fleece added in the wet zone. Waist and thighs are super stretch organic hemp/cotton/lycra rib knit(no elastic for better comfort). Thigh can be folded up for a shorter look.
