*Payment options:
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. For other methods of payment like e-check and electronic transfer, please contact us prior to purchasing. Thank you.

* SHIPPING:
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-7 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail to your Paypal address with delivery confirmation.

* International Shipping:
We gladly ship outside the US to the following destinations: Canada and Europe. Contact us for an exact quote if your country is not listed. Buyer is responsible for custom fees if any.

*IMPORTANT: Once your package has shipped, CurlyMonkey cannot control how it is handled by the mailing system but can always provide email proof of shipment and your international customs declaration form number. If you encounter an issue with your package, please contact us.

* INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES* CurlyMonkey does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Please check carefully that the shipping address you enter is correct as we ship to the Paypal address.

* RETURN/EXCHANGE:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, neither are we.
We will exchange your article if:
* the wrong size/color/style was shipped.
* the article is defective.

If for any reason you have a problem with your order - contact CurlyMonkey first to resolve the issue. Please return your unused item in its original condition within 14 days after receiving it. Items will be accepted for exchange ONLY if they are in their original condition. Items that have been used, laundered, scented or altered in any way cannot be accepted.
Buyer agrees to pay for return charges with delivery confirmation.

* SALES TAX : CurlyMonkey is located in Los Angeles, CA. Sales tax will apply to orders that are shipped within CA.
